Wow!!! That's the reaction from everyone who comes into my kitchen and sees the
transformation my beautiful new countertops have made in my 27 year old
kitchen. It's like brand new. I am so thankful my friend recommended Stone
City. I had priced out new countertops before but it was just too expensive. I
don't know how you do the quality work and beat out the competition in pricing
too! Hugo did a good job with his precise measuring so that every piece fit
perfectly during install. The install crew was amazing to watch. They do lots
of extras like not only glueing the under mount sink but also bolting it as
well. I really appreciated the way they were so careful as they worked and put
down drop cloths so as not to track in my house. I have already recommended
Stone City to several others and will continue to do so. One of the best
decisions I've ever made. From the time I met with Scott to the finish of
install, they were a pleasure to work with.
20, Scott, the sales rep, was helpful and gave us good advice in making our selections. Hugo gave us very precise guidelines to ensure an excellent installation of our granite countertops without any problems. The install crew were very polite and competent. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Stone City.

Hugo and the install crew were meticulous and you can tell they take pride in their work! Very impressed with every aspect of this project with this company.

18, Hello Scott, This note is a bit overdue, considering the countertops were
installed on July 12 and the painting was completed in July 22. The countertops
look great. Betty and I are completely satisfied with our selection, the
installation, and the reactions from friends. We are waiting on some kitchen
lighting fixtures to arrive to compete the "new" kitchen. It does look like a
new kichen. Thank you and please thank Hugo for the quality installation. Also,
folks who have seen the Bianca Romano counters in the two baths are stunned by
the versatility of the rock.

16, Stone City installed our GORGEOUS Rainforest Green countertops in late November.
I apologize for not contacting you sooner to tell you how amazing they are. The
install was perfect; our contractor was very impressed with your staff and the
job they did. My husband and I are amazed at the fabrication job - there is not
a single seam in our entire kitchen. They are gorgeous. Thank you.

15,Cecilia Just wanted to follow up and say how pleased we are with the
countertops. They look great! Your employees were all very polite and
professional also so pass along our thanks to all of them. Plumber Ali was also
great. We made a mistake and purchased a black faucet that he installed. When we
discovered our error he came back and installed the new one last night. That
made his day even longer so we really appreciate all he did as well. I am going
to send an e-mail to our neighborhood that if anyone is considering new
countertops to call you. So glad our neighbor Heather recommended you to us!

14, Earlier this spring my husband and I got new granite counter tops installed by Stone City in our kitchen, butler pantry, and both bathroom vanities. I wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed working with Stone City and absolutely love our new countertops. We found your customer service to be great (thanks Cecelia!) and found your rates to be very competitively priced. The installation went very smooth, and we were very satisfied with our choice to go with Stone City! We will definitely recommend Stone City for future referalls.

11, These people are great. Cecilia really took care of us when we were in the
showroom. She went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with our choice
and brought us out into the warehouse to look at the large slabs to get a better
idea of how it would look. She gave great advice and was always pleasant and
patient with us. She worked hard to fit the installation into our schedule and,
knowing we were anxious to install asap she called us when a cancellation came
in so our installation happened a week earlier than expected.
The
installation guys arrived on time and were very professional. There were several
cuts that had to be made to our granite onsite so that it could fit around a
post and our sink. They were very meticulous, measuring and remeasuring to make
sure the cuts were in the correct place. Installation took only a few hours and
now our kitchen looks amazing.

10, Stone city installed granite countertops in our home in early December 2011. We decided to go with the absolute cheapest granite and options, and Stone City did not ever try to "upsell us". The workers were always completely professional, kind, and hard working. I would recommend Stone City to anyone looking to have granite installed.

8, The staff at the Raleigh location is terrific. Cecelia and Hugo were extremely helpful from choosing the granite to measurement to install. We chose 80 sf of yellow river. Initially we thought we'd need a seam on the piece around the sink. Although it was a large piece they were able to do it in one piece which made us quite happy. They cleaned up as if they were never there. The counter removal and install was fast There was one wall scratch which they pointed out. A quick dab with a paint brush and it was fixed. I will be doing a tile backsplash myself but they made some good suggestions.

7, I was so happy with the installation of our granite countertops! Not only did
the workers install the granite beautifully, they did extra things without being
asked. (Fixed cabinet door, built extra piece of carpentry for dishwasher, moved
a bracket keeping the range from fitting properly)

3, I am so pleased with the work that Stone City did on my granite countertops. First, the price could not be beat by anyone. Second, the quality of the granite is perfect. The measurements were perfectly precise. Third, they got the job done very quickly. They were always prompt to respond to phone calls and emails. I have already recommended them to friends who are interested in new countertops.

2, I have never been so pleased with any companies work as I have been with Stone city on my kitchen. They did work that other companies quoted two months for in less than one week. The service was beyond excellence. I have had the cabinet and gorgeous counters for over two months and am in love with them. The quality surpasses the price which is the definition of value. It's perfection. I recommend them to everyone who enters my home because everyone who comes over is as enthralled as I am with the room(plumbers, delivery men, electricians etc). It's perfection for a quarter of what the big chains quoted. Go with Stone City you won't regret it.

1, I thought working with Stone City, and in particular Hugo, was a piece of cake. The time from first call to complete installation was less than two weeks. Hugo and his crew were professional and efficient, and not only were they on time--they were actually early to the installation! Many thanks for a stellar job; I'll recommend you guys to friends when they want their kitchen countertops to look as good as ours!
